    NOTES: These Harnesses are designed for retrofitting Gen IV (58x) 4.8 5.3 6.0 and 6.2 engines and T56/TR6060 or non-electronic automatic transmissions into older muscle cars and street rods or newer non-emissions controlled vehicles. They are completely plug and play with four wire hookup (switched power, constant power and ground connections required). Harnesses are designed with 4 - 5 feet of length from the rear of the cylinder head to the PCM mounting position under the vehicle dashboard. A sliding grommet seal allows for professional, leak proof installation.

    Harnesses are professionally constructed from Brand New GM Delphi Connectors and TXL (Polyethylene Cross Linked) High Temperature Wire to GM Specifications. All Harnesses are 100% Quality Inspected prior to shipping. All Harnesses require PCM VATs removal, contact PSI to purchase.

    NOTE: DOD/AFM is NOT included with this Harness.

      I installed this on my ls cj5. Fit perfectly and was built very well. Still doing final assembly, so fingers crossed it works as good as it looks.

      The company I work for Dyno tests a lot of engines as well as Restore and build vehicles. we needed a new harness for a LS engine outfitted with 1.9L LSA that had capability of running on 93 pump gas and E85. we needed it right away and had no time to build our own. When we build and engine and the customer want's it Dyno tuned, we like to use all parts that will be used in the vehicle. Fuel system, Intercooler, Headers / Manifolds, Pedal, ECM and the Harness if easily removeable. This engine is a 4" stroked 6.0L with .005 oversized pistons and our custom camshaft. we used the stock E38 ECM. being able to utilize the factory harness was out of the question. the car is a 2009 Pontiac G8. The harness PSI sold us was outfitted with Flex Fuel sensor wire and we chose to have the Harness delivered bare and the location of the ECM changed to the rear of the engine as this was better placement for our Dyno harness. it will be used on all other similar programs going forward.
      It hooked up PERFECTLY. No alterations were made, all pin outs were correct. PSI not only make a good, standalone harness with quality materials, they also provide service after the sale. for those doing a swap for your first time or just getting into the magic of the LS engine platform, having great customer service by the company you purchased from is important. PSI checked all boxes for us.

       The harness is every bit as good quality as they stated, the only snag is that the male plug to the can sensor is different. Which I have to call them and work through that. The ECM mount is pretty large and I don’t think I have anywhere to utilize it. Can’t wait for install day.

      I do several LS swaps a year. I’ve only ever used PSI conversion. All my harnesses have been great from the first one I used in my 72 Chevy pick up. They are very simple and then instructions were well written.  Quality parts. And the computers are unlocked so when the vehicles go down to the Dyno tuned no issues or problems have ever been.

      Veery happy with the harness purchase, good price and quality. The harness laid nice on the engine. Had the wrong alternator connector but was taken care of right away by the PSI staff. Very happy with their response to the issue.

      This iOS 3 standalone wiring harness is a good quality harness looks great fits great. If I do another LS swap, I will definitely buy this harness again !
      But my advice to you is let them put the wrap on it. I worked two days, a roll of tape, and the nylon wrap it’s worth the money to have them do it.

      I followed the instructions that came with the wiring harness and just plugged in all the sensors, click,click,click then turned the key and vroom, it fired right up. I wish some of the wires like the knock sensors and O2 sensors had some heat protection on them but otherwise I am very happy with the harness.

      I was recommended to use PSI from a friend and after seeing this in one other car the choice seemed correct. However, when It came to ordering my first harness, PSI guys asked questions that didn't know the answers and needed to study and order online later. All seems to be there. Thank you PSI

      The harness seems to be great so far. Plugged in started as it should.
      Couple of weird lengths on connections but overall its good

      The sales person that I spoke to when I rang and ordered didnt have the right amount of knowledge and sold me the wrong connection for the map sensor and I also had to purchase new 02 sensors to fit the connections. $220 in parts.

      I would also recommend finding a Vehicle speed sensor source. I’m sure there are plenty of people ls swapping vehicles with older transmissions which require a vss connection.

      I would use this product again but I would ask the right questions before I purchase next time.
