    NOTES: These Harnesses are designed for retrofitting '99 - '03 Vortec engines (4.8, 5.3, 6.0, 6.2-Liter) and 4L60E or 4L80E transmissions into older muscle cars and street rods or newer non-emissions controlled vehicles. Harness allows use of the factory Vortec intake manifold and Multec Injectors with flex-fuel Injectors (EV6) optional. They are completely plug and play with four wire hookup (switched power, constant power and ground connections required). Harnesses are designed with a sliding grommet seal and 4 - 5 feet of length from the rear of the cylinder head to the PCM mounting position under the vehicle dashboard. A sliding grommet seal allows for professional, leak proof installation.

    Harnesses are professionally constructed from Brand New GM Delphi Connectors and TXL (Polyethylene Cross Linked) High Temperature Wire to GM Specifications. All Harnesses are 100% Quality Inspected prior to shipping. All Harnesses require PCM VATs removal, available through PSI. Please contact PSI for more information.

      This harness is truly plug and play. I had no issues connecting and getting my swap started.

      First off the customer service is awesome. I had a couple questions and a problem wish turned out to have nothing to do with the harness or computer. everything was plug and play and worked amazing. Nice and clean install. My only real complaint about the product is the fuse block and the fact it doesn't have a oil pressure connection. The wires come straight out the back of the block making it hard to mount in the tight place I had. Other than that it is a great product by great people. Had a tuner tune my jeep for the cam with zero issues and i'm on the road like it was from the factory. Wouldn't hesitate to buy another kit. 5 Star

      So this was my first ls conversion. I have seen many wiring kits on ebay and amazon. Almost all where imports with poor reviews. Although they were less expensive i didnt feel comfortable with there tech support and quality. I am so happy i went with psi conversions, they walked me through the order process to ensure every plug  fit perfect. The quality of the harness and support from psi made what i thought to be the scariest part of the job actually the easiet part of the whole conversion …. Thanks you PSI team.

Gary in tech support is patient and friendly in addition to being a great resource to troubleshoot. I highly recommend these guys.
