    NOTES: These Harnesses are designed for retrofitting '03 - '07 Vortec engines (4.8, 5.3, 6.0-Liter) and 4L60E or 4L80E transmissions into older muscle cars and street rods or newer non-emissions controlled vehicles. Harness allows use of the factory Vortec intake manifold and EV6 / Flex Fuel Injectors. They are completely plug and play with four wire hookup (switched power, constant power and ground connections required). Harnesses are designed with a sliding grommet seal and 4 - 5 feet of length from the rear of the cylinder head to the PCM mounting position under the vehicle dashboard. A sliding grommet seal allows for professional, leak proof installation.

    Harnesses are professionally constructed from Brand New GM Delphi Connectors and TXL (Polyethylene Cross Linked) High Temperature Wire to GM Specifications. All Harnesses are 100% Quality Inspected prior to shipping. All Harnesses require PCM VATs removal, available through PSI. Please contact PSI for more information.

      We ordered this harness for a ls swap my shop was doing. We have tried many of the off brand chuneese versions out there. All we got with those were gremlins and headaches. With PSI and there swap harness it is always pinned properly and gremlin free. That saves me and my shop on bottom line. Must have for people who's time is valuable.

      I've used PSI products in the past on various LS swap projects. I've always been so impressed with the quality that comes with this product. Tech support is second to none. I prefer email because the tech support team is super busy but always replies in a timely fashion. Quit screwing around buying knock off chinese harnesses or building your own. Just get a PSI harness and save time and money.

      I’ve ordered a few harness over the years from PSI. When ordering, take your time and make sure of injectors, maf and map sensors. If you order the right stuff, they work great.
