Includes both adapters required to run a 5 1/8" air cleaner and 4-Bolt LS DBW throttle body on a 4150 EFI intake manifold. Keep OE drivability while getting that Classic look utilizing this Machined 6061 Throttle Body adapter when using an EFI Single plane style intake manifold.
Includes LS3 style MAP sensor port, 3x vacuum ports, maintains use of factory O-ring throttle body gasket, accepts 1/4"-20 air cleaner stud (NOT INCLUDED).
