Shipping with PSI

A PSI Harness is made with top quality material right here in the USA. Our customer service is second to none and can be reached by phone five days a week and emailed 24 hours a day. We have a combined 25+ years experience. Don't wait 4 to 5 weeks for your harness to ship. PSI LS Swap harnesses are in stock and usually ship within a business week!

Due to COVID-19/ pandemic restrictions, some harnesses may experience an extended shipping lead time. Contact us directly for current shipping time estimates on a specific harness if needed

SHIPPING IN USA

When orders are placed and shipping in the US, shipping is based on real-time calculations by UPS, USPS, and FedEx based off of size and weight of the box. With the major providers- there is no signature required on anything from PSI under $1,800 unless specified by customer or gets randomly generated as a security feature. PSI DOES offer shipping insurance in the event your package is lost or damaged during transit. PSI and the shipping provider are not responsible for a package that was delivered successfully and was stolen or misplaced after delivery confirmation. If a package is received in damage condition, take a photo of the box and have the carrier make a note of the damaged box and proceed to make a claim. Please remember we CANNOT ship to a PO/APO/FPO box unless we are doing it with USPS.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL

If you are international and would like accurate shipping quote and ETA, please contact. International orders and subject to additional shipping fee's when checking out through the website. We are unable to always accurately quote with the variables in the world. All pricing is in US dollars and will reflect the actual purchase prices in USD. Orders going into other counties may be subject to collection of customs, duties, and taxes that may be directly billed to you to pay upon receiving or to release from customs- PSI is not responsible for this or return shipping charges. We will not refund or credited if a package is shipped and refused. We can not ship to countries that are prohibited by the US Government.

Drop Shipped items

When PSI is unable to hold stock in an item, like most companies we will be drop shipping from manufacturer. With PSI's extensive dealer network, we do not charge you extra for an item to get to you even faster as we expedite everything on the customers behalf.

Priority/Expedited Shipping

If you are looking to get a product even faster, please contact us to verify the product is in stock. If the item is in stock, all orders placed before 12 PM - we will work to get the order out same day - for a next day delivery as part of what PSI does to help customers.

Shipping ETA/ WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER

Tracking numbers are sent automatically with your PSI order. Your email address will need to be correct on the PSI order information. If you have not received a tracking number, your order most likely has not shipped yet, or only a partial shipment has gone out.
