PSI Return Policy

Customers will have 90 days from the original purchase date to return a product for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping is to be paid by the buyer. PSI retains the right to refuse refunds for custom (i.e. unique) modifications done to the harness at the request of the customer. PSI retains the right to refuse a refund if the customer has spliced/cut/modified a wiring harness in any way, rendering the harness ineffective and used.

Customers may exchange a product that was ordered incorrectly within 90 days of the original purchase, buyer is to pay shipping, and no restocking fee will apply. Must be in new condition.

PSI will charge a 10% fee of the original product price as a restocking fee, shipping is not refundable. The buyer is responsible for shipping the items back.

A PCM/Computer (any product) that has been physically altered, painted, holes drilled, cut, locked or altered tune, etc. cannot be returned under any circumstance.

Any item that has been drop shipped is subject to a 15% restocking fee and MUST comply with any terms and conditions from the original manufacturer .

All returns must be preapproved by a PSI representative. The provided RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be clearly written and visible on the outside of the box. The original copy of the invoice and RMA number must also be provided inside the box. To get the returns processed and ensure a timely manner for refunds, all of these steps must be followed.

Does PSI have a return Policy? What is PSI's return policy?

Products may be returned under warranty by the original purchaser for up to one year from the date of purchase for defects in material and workmanship under normal use. No products will be considered for warranty without a copy of the original purchase receipt showing the sellers name, address, and date of purchase. It is up to the buyer returning the product to PSI to initiate the warranty process.

How do I return a PSI product?

All returns must be preapproved by a PSI representative. Please call 732 276 8589 or email customerservice@psiconversion.com to start the process. The provided RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be clearly written and visible on the outside of the box. The  RMA number must written on the box; and we must be able to find a copy of the original invoice. To get the returns processed and ensure a timely manner for refunds, all of these steps must be followed.
