PSI Conversion Return/Exchange Policy

Returns: Items qualify for a return within 90 days of the delivery date. All purchased items must be unused, uninstalled, in resalable condition and in their original packaging, including all parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. PSI items purchased through authorized retailers are beholden to the limitations of said retailers return or exchange policy and must be contacted prior to contacting PSI Conversion.

Non-returnable items: Clearance or garage sale items, fluids or consumables once opened, installed or damaged parts or components do not qualify for a return or exchange. Special order or modified items or components, electronics whose programming has been modified do not qualify for a return or exchange. Items shipped directly from the manufacturer are beholden to any additional return requirements assigned by the aforementioned manufacturer.

Exchanges: Items qualify for exchange within 90 days of the delivery date. All purchased items must be unused, uninstalled, in resalable condition and in their original packaging, including all parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation. Exchanges apply for the same item if defective or damaged, or for a different item, determined by PSI conversion where applicable. Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges. Any difference in cost will be refunded or applied at the time of approval.

Return/Exchange Process: Email customerservice@psiconversion.com or call 732-276-8589 to begin the return/exchange process. At that time PSI will provide instructions for the return process, if applicable a return label, and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued. Once the item(s) is received and inspected, a refund will be issued or an order for exchange will be processed.

Shipping & Restocking Fees: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was shipped incorrectly or is defective. A 10% restocking fee may apply to certain returned items determined by PSI conversion at the time of return/exchange request. Any additional fees levied by the original manufacturer are to be paid by the customer. Any fees will be removed from the total refund amount prior to being issued.
