PSI Return Policy


All orders should be opened within 3 days of delivery to confirm the contents of the goods that were ordered.

Customers will have 90 days from the original purchase date to return a product in new, unused condition for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee. Return shipping is to be paid by the buyer. Shipping is not refundable.

Orders canceled prior to any items shipping are subject to a 3% processing fee.

In order to be eligible for a refund, returned items must be in new, resellable condition. PSI will refuse refunds for any item(s) in unsellable and/or used condition. This includes but is not limited to custom modifications, cuts, splices, chafing, installation marks, dirt or grease.

Any product that has been physically altered cannot be returned under any circumstance. Any computer or computer tune that has been altered from the original state cannot be returned under any circumstance.

All returns must be pre approved by a PSI representative. You will be given an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. This number must be clearly written on the outside of the box. You must also include your order invoice and the RMA number on the inside of the box as well. Returns will not be accepted if the return procedure is not followed.

Once we receive your returned item, it will be checked by a PSI representative. If approved, your refund will automatically be processed to your account and original payment method. If it is not approved for any reason, you will be contacted and we will need payment to ship the item back to you.

Any item that has been drop shipped is subject to a 10% restocking fee and MUST comply with any terms and conditions from the original manufacturer. These terms may include additional restocking fees or processing fees. Do not send items back until you receive an RMA number and instructions for drop-shipped returns from a PSI representative.

International Customers

All international orders MUST be verified prior to shipping (Customers responsibility). If an order that is shipping OUTSIDE OF THE USA is NOT able to be returned by PSI- customer is responsible for checking and verifying your PSI Quoted order or verified with the copy of the PSI Receipt that is sent to your email with every PSI order placed. If an order was wanting to be returned, the customer is responsible for mailing the products back to PSI and must follow the rest of the returns protocol - No Exceptions
