    NOTES: These Harnesses are designed for retrofitting '14 - 22 LT1/L83/L86 GEN V engines from Camaro Corvette Suburban Tahoe Yukon Yukon XL Escalade Silverado Sierra into older muscle cars and street rods or newer non-emissions controlled vehicles. They are completely plug and play with four wire hookup (switched power, constant power and ground connections required). Harnesses are designed with a sliding grommet seal and 4 - 5 feet of length from the rear of the cylinder head to the PCM mounting position under the vehicle dashboard. A sliding grommet seal allows for professional, leak proof installation.

    Harnesses are professionally constructed from Brand New GM Factory/OEM Connectors and TXL (Polyethylene Cross Linked) High Temperature Wire to GM Specifications. All Harnesses are 100% Quality Inspected prior to shipping. All Harnesses require PCM VATs removal, available through PSI. Please contact PSI for more information.

    FANS: Fan control wires will only output signal depending on the operating system your ECM has. These wires are not guaranteed to control your fans. They will 100% not output signal when using a manual transmission. We offer the PAC-2800BT fan controller with Gen 5 harnesses for this reason. 

    ADDITIONAL ITEMS REQUIRED: E92 ECM, T43 TCM (6L80E), T87 TCM TCM (8L90E/10L90E) Your engine might have used a different ECM, our harness is designed to use the E92 ECM.  

    A T87A is required for Gen 1 10 speeds (pre 2019) while a T93 is required for Gen 2 (2019+) 10 speeds. The harness will plug into either TCM as they use the same plugs, there are no differences on the harness, only within the computers and computer programming. 

    * An OBD-II Speedometer / Tachometer (P/N STA-1000) is available from PSI to supply Tachometer, Speedometer and Check Engine Light

    TRANSMISSION COMPATIBILITY:

    6L80/90Es: Must be 2013+ model year transmissions to work with a Gen 5 LT system.

    8L80/90Es: 2014-2018 gen 1 model years currently compatible. The gen 2 8 speeds (2019+) are currently not compatible.

    10L80/90Es: 2017-2023 gen 1 and gen 2 10 speeds are compatible. The only 10 speeds that WILL NOT work with a swap would be a fully electronic push button shifting transmission. This style transmission will have no physical or mechanical shift lever on the outside of the transmission.

      Best wire harness and ECU that I've installed in all my builds. Instructions are very clear and the harness is very well built. Easy to mount ECU under the dash, all the lengths and fittings made an easy install. Had a few questions and their tech department took care it and had me on my way. The L84 started right up and ran perfect. I will use them again on my next build. Their delivery times are what they tell you, no excuses, and they call you back promptly if you should need them! Thank you again.

      Harness fit and finish was excellent. Always the correct terminals, weather seals and correct size wire. Never any loose crimps or connections. This is why I always spend a bit more and go with a Psi harness. Great product, very fast service, no calling 35 times begging for product to be shipped like others in the industry.

      I do like the wiring kit great price; I would recommend this product to a friend. I think it would help a great deal if the connections or numbered or label. This is my first
      swap and it would have helped a lot.

      I will review the harness and ECM tune in one review. My review will focus on the things that went wrong……you can assume that everything else was good.  The harness was for a GEN V swap from a 2020 Camaro.  I actually anticipated a couple of issues because this is so new and some of the minor differences found in the latest Gen would be easy to confuse with the older Gen.  Their were two problems with the harness……the alternator wire was too short to reach the alternator (if only it was wired on the passenger side branch of the harness instead of the driver side branch).  No big deal, I spliced in an 18” section of the original harness.  The other issue was the VSS…..my donor tranny has a factory 3-pin sensor but the harness came with the 2-pin connector .   Your team immediately sent me a 3-pin connector and  re-pinning instructions.  I made the mods.  This delayed me a week while waiting for UPS ground shipping of a tiny little connector.  The problem I am facing now is that your team needs to retune the ECM to correct the VSS problem , which they are doing under warranty which is great , but the problem is that the UPS shipping is going to take at least 2 weeks round trip not counting the time spent at your shop.  So in all the VSS issue will delay me about a month but only because of all the shipping time back and forth.  Your team has been very responsive and helpful, I just wish that warranty issues could come with expedited shipping so they don’t delay things so much .
