PSI Warranty and Return Policy

PSI Products may be returned under warranty by the original purchaser for up to one year from the date of purchase for defects in material and workmanship under normal use (excluding PCM/ECM’s). No products will be considered for warranty without a copy of the original purchase receipt showing the sellers name, address, and date of purchase. It is up to the buyer returning the product to PSI to initiate the warranty process. PSI has the right to charge a 20% fee of the original product price as a restocking fee plus the cost of shipping.

Buyers will have 90 days from the original purchase date to return a product for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee, shipping is to be paid by the buyer. PSI retains the right to refuse refunds for custom (i.e. unique) modifications done to the harness at the request of the customer. PSI retains the right to refuse a refund if the customer has spliced/cut/modified a wiring harness in any way, rendering the harness ineffective. Buyers may exchange a harness that was ordered incorrectly within 30 days of the original purchase, buyer is to pay shipping, no restocking fee will apply.

All PSI PCM/ECM units are backed with a ONE YEAR WARRANTY (12 months from original purchase date) against defects in material or workmanship. The defective product will be replaced or repaired at no charge in either of two ways. This warranty does not cover accident, fire, flood, theft, and we are not responsible for damage resulting from electrical shorts, overcharging or other component defects in vehicle which causes damage or failure to unit. If the Vehicle Identification Number or Operating System has been changed or altered in any way the PCM is not covered under warranty and cannot be returned.

Any PCM/ECM that has been physically altered, painted, holes drilled, cut, etc. cannot be returned under any circumstance.
