6L80E 6L90E Lokar Floor Shifter Tap Switch Kit

This switch kit is needed to get the Tap shifting functioning on the Lokar Electronic Sport shifter ES6L80GM. The 6L80E 6L90E and 8L90E transmission tap switch kit allows you to have full manual control of of your transmission. It splices into the existing Lokar Tap switches, requiring only a 12V ignition input. Lokar has 2 different versions of this shifter. One only has 1 forward range selection and goes into tap from there, the other has 2 forward positions and goes into tap in the second forward position. The transmissions internal TCM calibration must be set up for hardwire tap control and to activate in the position that your shifter gate goes into Tap order for this to function. Hptuners is hit or miss at getting this to function. If you need the TCM programmed we can do that also.
