APPLICATION: 6L80E, 6L90E, 8L90E transmissions

PARTS INCLUDED: PCS floor shifter kit

NOTES: The PCS TAP-2000 is a floor shifter with Tap up Tap Down for GM 6L80/90E, and 8L90E transmissions. It is a 5 position shifter, Park, Reverse, Neutral, Drive and Sport Mode. The button for Tap control is on the top of the shifter, making it easy to use in both left and right hand drive vehicles. The Tap Up Tap Down is confi gured for the hardwire input in Pin 7 of the transmission. The TAP-2000 also has the transmission brake interlock feature. The brake interlock prevents the driver from moving the shifter out of park unless the brake is depressed. There is a button to release the shifter from part manually in case the vehicle loses power. The shifter assembly comes complete with the cable and mounting brackets for GM 6L80/90E and 8L90E transmissions. 

Required SFT-4000 connector kit included in purchase

NOTE: Custom tuning required for optimal operation.

      I bought the TAP2000 kit along with a complete Gen 4 harness and computer from PSI. The quality of all the products is excellent and the team (particularly tech Support) are super responsive to any questions. The only thing I would say that could be a negative (depending on your build) for the TAP2000 is its height. Check the dimensions as it quite tall.
