I bought a Hawks harness/tune/ECM upgrade for an LS/4L60E conversion for my 91 Camaro. The VSS speed control harness for trans was 10-12 inches too short. I called Hawks and could only leave a message. No call back after 2 days, {am kind of chapped}. E mailed their pres and got a quick reply that said " these are built to specs" , "are you sure it is short ?" So now am really chapped. My friend who is a tech at local Chev dealer who works on LS engines told me to look for a sticker on harness, which is where I found yours. I called and PSI answered the phone. I explained to Gary and Blaine , they knew exactly the gauge and color of wires. PSI built an extension that day and it came 3 days later PERFECT. Thank You so much. I realize places can be short of help but to spend $1500 and have to leave a message and later have to send an e mail? They should just explain we are short staffed if that is the case. I bought a conversion harness from Hawks Motor Sports and had a small problem. After getting no where with Hawks { if short staffed tell me} my tech friend from a Chevy dealer told me to look at the sticker on trunk of harness. There was PSI sticker. I called and explained that i need a 12 inch extension for the Vehicle Speed Sensor lead at tail of transmission. First of all PSI answered the phone, secondly who ever i talked to knew exactly what I needed. It got made that afternoon out the door next day and in my hands 2-3 days later. Thank You !!!!! Length, gauge of wire, and colors were all CORRECT.

This is the second switch that we have bought from you we used one on my son’s Buick in and now I’m using one on my Cadillac they work very well

my first time using psi was referred by a friend.its a very nice harness customer service has been great since i did have issues with installation .have not completed job yet so as long as customer service and support stays the same i dont think should be any problems

Quality, appearance and the customer service is what set PSI apart. I went in with the buy once cry once mentality and it didn’t steer me wrong. When I die some kind of swap again I’ll go PSI.
