APPLICATION: LS/Vortec engines with LS3/L92 rectangular port cylinder heads.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS REQUIRED: Aluminum 4150 flange adapter (THR-3501), 4 bolt drive by wire throttle body (THR-4TR), fuel rail kit (534-218)

NOTES: Single Plane EFI LS Intake Manifold. Fits all GM LS Gen III engines equipped with LS3/L92 style rectangular port cylinder heads
