A PSI PCM is a great addition to your PSI Harness as they are tuned specifically for your set up!

With over 15 years of tuning experience, we start by ensuring your PCM has the correct operating system for your Engine & Transmission combination

PSI will calibrate the PCM for the correct MAF, Injector Size, Throttle Body type, Tire Size & Gear Ratio as well as shut off the VATS (Vehicle Anti-Theft System).

Your vehicle will run as it should when you turn the key.

We do not offer custom tuning for modified engines, but we do leave the PCM unlocked so they can be tuned by a local tuner.

NOTES: This includes programming for any stock engine application listed above. This programming is for any 2003 to 2007 VORTEC GEN III Drive By Wire engine.

PSI programming includes the following:
- Correct Operating System for your Engine and Transmission Combination
- Removal of Vehicle Anti-Theft System (VATS)
- Lowering of Cooling Fan Temperatures (Fan #1 ON at 195F, Fan #2 ON at 205F)
- MAF Sensor
- Fuel Injector Flow Rate
- MAP Sensor
- Throttle Body Used
- Alternator Settings (2 Pin or 4 Pin)
- Updates for Correct Tire Size and Gear Ratio

CAMSHAFT, POWER ADDER, OR ANY OTHER AFTERMARKET PERFORMANCE COMPONENT THE

FOLLOWING MAY RESULT - NO START, ERRATIC IDLE, SURGING, CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CODES, AND LIMP MODE. ENGINE WILL REQUIRE CUSTOM TUNING.

Your Gear Ratio (For example 3.73 Read End Gear) and Tire Size (for example 285/35/18, or 27 inch diameter) are needed so that the ecm can calculate the correct vehicle speed.

  I purchased this PCM, along with PSI’s applicable harness, for an LQ4 swap into a 60s truck with a non-electronically controlled transmission, and I could not be happier. The start up tune worked flawlessly, and the truck started up first crank and idles without any issues at all. I would highly recommend this PCM to anyone doing an LS swap. Just be sure to realize that a dyno tune will still be needed for full driving.
