    A PSI PCM is a great addition to your PSI Harness as they are tuned specifically for your set up!

    With over 15 years of tuning experience, we start by ensuring your PCM has the correct operating system for your Engine & Transmission combination

    PSI will calibrate the PCM for the correct MAF, Injector Size, Throttle Body type, Tire Size & Gear Ratio as well as shut off the VATS (Vehicle Anti-Theft System).

    Your vehicle will run as it should when you turn the key.

    We do not offer custom tuning for modified engines, but we do leave the PCM unlocked so they can be tuned by a local tuner.

    NOTES: This includes programming for any stock engine application listed above. This programming is for any 1997 to 2007 LS and VORTEC GEN III Drive By Cable and 1997 to 2005 LS and 2000-2002 Vortec Drive By Wire engines. 

    PSI programming includes the following: 

    • Correct Operating System for your Engine and Transmission Combination
    • Removal of Vehicle Anti-Theft System (VATS)
    • Lowering of Cooling Fan Temperatures (Fan #1 ON at 195F, Fan #2 ON at 205F)
    • MAF Sensor
    • Fuel Injector Flow Rate
    • MAP Sensor
    • Throttle Body Used
    • Alternator Settings (2 Pin or 4 Pin)
    • Updates for Correct Tire Size and Gear Ratio

    Your Gear Ratio (For example 3.73 Read End Gear) and Tire Size (for example 285/35/18, or 27 inch diameter) are needed so that the ecm can calculate the correct vehicle speed.

      Using factory components was a key in my LS swap for ease of replacement and repair later down the road. The computer has as base tune in it but obviously could not properly run the engine because I had modified cam, lifters, springs, heads. We used HPTuners to fine tune everything and the computer is still working great. Computer appears brand new which I also appreciate. PSI has amazing customer service as well, could not ask for better.

      Bought a motor, trans, and PCM from a friend of a friend. They were supposed to be matching from the same vehicle. Turns out PMC did not match. It was for newer model with torque convert speed sensor, which the trans did not have. So the PMC ket going in to limp mode. PSI was awesome helped me diagnose the problem and offered the correct PMC with the correct tune for the job.

      Received it, packaging was great. Plugged it into my PSI harness and started the car, no codes except alternator (cause I don’t have an alternator on the car yet). But so far so good no complaints and car fired up good with the tune programmed. Wasn’t running rich or lean and didn’t have any issue firing

      I have used the PCM from PSI on several swaps. All of the swaps run and drive great..just make sure you have your correct gear ratio and tire size..I have used them on a 5.3 /4l60 as well as a ls1/T56
