The Fan Relay Kit is all you need to get your electric fan running on you LS Swap. The kit includes a high quality sealed 40 amp relay, a sealed fuse holder with included fuse, a sealed fan connector, and a second connector, and terminals to install on your fan if the kit doesn't plug directly into your fans. This kit is used with most electric fan hookups. Kits are professionally constructed from brand New GM Delphi connectors and TXL (Polyethylene Cross Linked) high temperature wire to GM specifications. Relay is high quality sealed Delphi component. Just supply power to the fused lead and relay from your battery, use your LS harness fan controls to switch the ground trigger on the kit, and plug your fans in.

      After attempting to make some other relays work, made a phone call to PSI and ordered 2 of these relays. My ECU was already programmed so just needed two wires from the cab to the relays! Easy! Should have done this to begin with, would have saved myself two days and a few bucks.

      I have two short beds Chevy trucks. Was a 1989 C1500 with an LT 83, GEN five 5.3 engine. With a psi plug and play wire, harness and fan relay kit. My second truck is a 1986 C10 with Ls 5.3 engine in it also with the plug and play PSI Warren harness. PSI fan relay kit. Both were easy breezy. Everything is self-explanatory. You can’t go wrong with PSI.

      I’m an older guy doing my first LS conversion in my Chevelle. I was worried about doing the wiring and the computer side of things. After consulting many people I contacted psi. Their harnesses are beautiful, plug and go. I couldn’t believe how easy that was. Anybody who is unsure on how to wire an LS all you need to do is call these folks. if you have any questions you pick up the phone they’ll answer and walk you through it. Super knowledgeable guys.

    • Tried to save a dime only to cost me a dollar
      Like everyone I have tried other products for my LS fan swap only to receive cheap garbage. After paying for shipping it back and restocking fees I should have just bit the bullet and purchased the kits from PSI. The quality of the far exceeds anything I could have expected.
