A drive by wire ls swap harness is designed for Gen III and Gen IV engines running electronic throttle control. The LS standalone harness drive by wire connects your throttle pedal position sensor to the throttle body electronically with no mechanical cable between them. If your engine came with electronic throttle from the factory, this is the harness you need. PSI offers ls swap harness dbw configurations for 4L60E, 4L80E, 6L80E, T56, and manual transmission applications.
A DBC LS harness is built for engines using a mechanical throttle cable. Gen III Vortec truck engines and early LS1 applications commonly run drive by cable setups. The DBC setup is straightforward and a solid choice for classic car builds where you want to keep things simple. PSI DBC harnesses are available for 4L60E, 4L80E, T56, TH350, and 700R4 transmission applications.
The LS to 700R4 swap pairs a modern LS engine with an overdrive transmission that fits in a lot of classic builds without major tunnel work. You get modern LS power with a transmission that physically fits where the original unit lived. PSI carries harnesses specifically configured for the 700R4 and TH350, along with the components you need to complete the conversion. If you are building a 700R4 LS swap kit setup, this is your starting point.
The LT1 swap harness covers Gen II applications including the 1992-1997 LT1 and LT4. Whether you are pairing it with a 4L60E or a T56, PSI has the lt1 4l60e and manual transmission configurations in stock. A clean lt1 swap harness from PSI uses the same GM Delphi connectors and TXL wire as every other harness we build.
The l83 swap harness is built for Gen V LT engines including the L83, L84, L86, and L87. Gen V runs direct injection and a more complex engine management system than previous generations. PSI Gen V harnesses are purpose-built for these applications and available for automatic and manual transmission configurations.
The PSI Holley terminator X swap harness is built for any Gen III or IV engines including the popular LS1, LS3, and LQ4 . The Terminator X and Terminator X Max harnesses allow you to run Holleys tried and true system, that included wide band O2 tuning and datalogging. PSI Holley harnesses are purpose-built for the Terminator X and available for automatic and manual transmission configurations.
