All 8 + 10 Speed TCM Tuning REQUIRE your TUN (Transmission unique number). Without the TUN#, we cannot guarantee you a compatible transmission as this will verify the year of the transmission. Warranties can not be honored without this information.

6L80/90Es: Must be 2013+ model year transmissions to work with a Gen 5 LT system.
8L80/90Es: 2014-2018 gen 1 model years currently compatible. The gen 2 8 speeds (2019+) are currently NOT compatible.
10L80/90Es: All 2017-2018 Gen 1 10 speed transmissions are compatible. 2019-21 2wd Truck/SUV and all 19+ GM Performance and Camaro are compatible. 2022+ Gen 2 10 speed transmissions with the electronic transmission range select (ETRS) are NOT compatible. These ETRS transmissions will only have a "park" and "out of park" position on the external shift lever on the driver side of the transmission.
FANS; Standard 12v: All gen 5 harnesses come standard with 2 ground triggered output wires. These wires are NOT guaranteed to provide an adequate ground signal to trigger electric fans! On manual transmission applications, these wires will not provide any signal. On automatic applications, the signal cannot be guaranteed as it is dependent on the ECM operating system.
PWM (Pulse Width Modulated): Most GM PWM fans will have 3 positions for wiring. Power, ground, and PWM signal. Whether you are using 1 or 2 fans, there is only 1 PWM signal used. You can use the fan 1 wire in our harness for signal and this wire will be split to trigger two fans. Make sure to fuse each fan’s power supply adequately. No relay is required for PWM fans. Popular PWM fan options would be 2014+ truck fans (dual), 2016+ Camaro (Single), or C7 Corvette (single).
Note, the ECM tune must be setup properly for PWM fans to operate! The tune can be different for different PWM fans as well.
FUEL SYSTEM: PSI systems are setup with a fuel pump relay to send 12 volt power directly to a standard constant supply style fuel pump. This would then be setup with a return style regulator (regulated to 78 psi). Factory LT engines use a fuel pump control module (FPCM) to control a PWM fuel pump. We avoid this system as it does not provide any benefit in a swap application and adds extra expense. If a PWM fuel pump is required for your fuel tank, or you just want to run a FPCM, we do offer an add-on kit (KIT-1006) to accomplish this.
NOTES: These Harnesses are designed for retrofitting '14+ LT1/L83/L86 GEN V engines from Camaro, Corvette, Suburban, Tahoe, Yukon, Escalade, Silverado, Sierra into older muscle cars and street rods or newer non-emissions controlled vehicles. They are completely plug and play with four wire hookup (switched power, constant power and ground connections required). Harnesses are designed with a sliding grommet seal and 4 - 5 feet of length from the rear of the cylinder head to the PCM mounting position under the vehicle dashboard. A sliding grommet seal allows for professional, leak proof installation.
Harnesses are professionally constructed from Brand New GM Factory/OEM Connectors and TXL (Polyethylene Cross Linked) High Temperature Wire to GM Specifications.
