NOTES: Harnesses are completely plug and play with four wire hookup (switched power, constant power and ground connections required). Harnesses are designed with a sliding grommet seal and 4 - 5 feet of length from the rear of the cylinder head to the PCM mounting position under the vehicle dashboard. These harnesses are designed for retrofitting '99 - '03 Vortec engines (5.3, 5.7, 4.8, or 6.0) with T56/TR6060 Manual or Non-Electronic transmissions into older muscle cars and street rods or newer non-emissions controlled vehicles. Harness allows use of the factory intake manifolds and all factory fuel  injectors types (Multec, EV1, and EV6).  A sliding grommet seal allows for professional, leak proof installation.

Transmission compatibility is not limited to those listed; any manual or non electronic transmission can be used as the computer and harness are provisioned to look for no input from the transmission for operation.

Harnesses are professionally constructed from Brand New GM Delphi Connectors and TXL (Polyethylene Cross Linked) High Temperature Wire to GM Specifications. All Harnesses are 100% Quality Inspected prior to shipping. All Harnesses require PCM VATs removal, available through PSI. Please contact PSI for more information.

      I tried to pin out my original wiring harness, only to be left with an engine that did not start. PSI sent me a harness within 4 days of ordering, and it cranked the second I plugged everything in. This is a no brainer. Spend the money, and do it right the first time. You won’t be upset that you did!

      Catchy moto right?
      I run a custom built "rock crawler" with a 6.0 LS, stock wiring harness and ECU. After several recent "dead engine incidents" that couldn't be traced or identified, we decided to replace the wiring harness and ECU. After looking at many options and reading lots and lots of reviews I called PSI and was convinced they were the best.
      Upon receipt I was concerned with the length differences between my old harness and the new PSI configuration. However, I was pleasantly surprised how simple, clean and custom fit the install went. In addition, I ordered the ECU with a semi custom tune that they programed to my performance cam and fuel injectors.
      After two hrs determining the perfect pathway, the moment of truth. Power on, Push to start and "Blast Off"! the engine runs and sounds perfect. Money and time well spent.

      This thing is legit. I suck at wiring and initially tried to rework my gen3 lm7 harness myself for my swap. It wasn't going good. It technically worked but I'd feel nervous to drive it further than to work. A shop advised me to get this harness for reliability and appearances and it was well worth it! Fantastic quality, labeled really well, and it came 4 days after I ordered it!

      I have had many harnesses and PSI is the best harness out there easy install and looks factory and plugs in like factory. My tuners in NJ and NC even says these guys make good products! Overall super happy with my two harnesses and computers, about to order another one too!

    • Conversion harness and ecu tune
      This is my second harness with psi. Both times they are patient with my questions and answer them with reassuring knowledge. My first harness and tune had me scared of my car! I did 100 burnouts through all three gears! They did the tune on a bench! The harness got damaged and I had to upgrade the transmission to a t56. They tried to fix my old harness but they have too many updates to it. They took amazing care of me as a second customer and made it an easy decision to get and new one. I recommend the braided housing. It looks amazing! These guys are great!
