    NOTES: These Harnesses are designed for retrofitting '03-'07 Vortec engines (4.8, 5.3, 6.0, 6.2-Liter) and 4L60E-75/4L80E transmissions into older muscle cars and street rods or newer non-emissions controlled vehicles. Harness allows use of the factory Vortec intake manifold and Multec Injectors with flex-fuel Injectors (EV6) and EV1 injectors optional. They are completely plug and play with four wire hookup (switched power, constant power and ground connections required) for engine and transmission operation. Harnesses are designed with a sliding grommet seal and 4 - 5 feet of length from the rear of the cylinder head to the PCM mounting position under the vehicle dashboard. A sliding grommet seal allows for professional, leak proof installation.

    Harnesses are professionally constructed from Brand New GM Delphi Connectors and TXL (Polyethylene Cross Linked) High Temperature Wire to GM Specifications. All Harnesses are 100% Quality Inspected prior to shipping. All Harnesses require PCM VATs removal, available through PSI. Please contact PSI for more information.

      After going for a Chinese made one that wasn’t working right decided to go with psi hardness made in the USA, wire it up and fire up with out any troubleshooting my c10 running smooth. Just order a second one for another project

      First time buying a new harness. I had modified original harnesses in the past. Stop wasting your time with the original. This harness fit perfectly and start to finish including the wire looms the job took two hours. This is the way to go.

      Was a very easy install this is coming from a Holley user some of the wires had to be lengthened and some shorten but it’s not vehicle specific so that comes with it next time around I will do the softer loom just for appearance purposes

    • Good looking harness
      I was told to just get an Amazon harness. Well I tried never doing a conversion before. After a few minor problems with the wrong fittings and very bulky plastic covers I decided to try a more expensive harness. The difference in quality and looks was immediately evident. This product is a definate step up and the tech support is available . I don't know about the durability but I expect it to last a very long time.

      Really nice harness, only thing I found odd was I ordered a ls harness for a gen 3 Silverado setup and the maf wire was ran on the driver side not the passenger side ,so I had to get a extension harness

      This harness was top notch. I LS swapped my C10 square body and it worked perfectly. My second LS swap, first one I did was a Holley Terminator X system which is a good product with the exception of the harness itself. Had several quality issues with the Holley harness causing lots of frustration. The PSI harness was hands down far better quality than the Holley. Had one technical question that I had to call tech support, had a call back from them in under 5 minutes. Great experience all around.

      Everything about this product is positive. The only issue I had was understanding that the new harness didn't have a transmission electrical plug. I thought that was a requirement for the transmission to not be in limp mode. I'll buy again

      This is my second harness/pcm set up i have bought from PSI, i have a 6.0 in a 73 scout and working on 5.3 to run in a 72 scout...the harness is super easy to install basically a plug and play, instructions are clear and easy to understand, there are other harnesses out there a little cheaper but so is the quality..i highly recommend a harness from psi..some things you dont want to cheap out on and a harness is at the top of the list.
