NOTES: These Harnesses are designed for retrofitting 2001 & 2002 Vortec engines (4.8, 5.3, 6.0) and 4L60E-75/4L80E transmissions into older muscle cars and street rods or newer non-emissions controlled vehicles mated to a RED/BLUE 411 P01 PCM. Harness allows use of the factory Vortec intake manifold and Multec Injectors, flex-fuel Injectors (EV6) or EV1 injectors. They are completely plug and play with four wire hookup (switched power, constant power and ground connections required) for engine and transmission. Harnesses are designed with 4 - 5 feet of length from the rear of the cylinder head to the PCM mounting position under the vehicle dashboard. A sliding grommet seal allows for professional, leak proof installation.

Harnesses are professionally constructed from Brand New GM Delphi Connectors and TXL (Polyethylene Cross Linked) High Temperature Wire to GM Specifications. All Harnesses are 100% Quality Inspected prior to shipping. All Harnesses require PCM VATs removal, available through PSI. Please contact PSI for more information.

    • Wiring Harness
      I first was gonna try using the OEM harness with my LS swap and then decided for a cleaner appearance and better reliability. That PSI harness was the way to go.  They have great tech support which was useful.

    • OMG, where have you been
      I don't know where to start. I had an old harness reworked and all I did was fight with the vehicle and everything about it. I had problems with model numbers, intake, throttle drive by wire, and a few other applications that just did not make sense. When ordering a new wiring harness from PSI it became perfectly clear that they not only had all the information that I needed, but they also modeled numbers of different parts, everything became so much easier. Not only did I get an excellently made wiring harness, I also received a sheet with all the information for all the other parts that I need to put my motor together and make this possible. The ordering was very simple and the representative was extremely knowledgeable. If I had to do it all over again I would have just called PSI in the 1st place and asked what would be the best application for what I'm trying to build. In a nutshell, the LS swap went very well once I got my parts from PSI. Every single connector had just enough length to connect to what I had on the engine. I cannot say enough about PSI the tech the equipment and the overall experience please thank your entire PSI team that made this build possible for me I appreciate your patience your expertise and knowledge.       This harness is amazing. It was easy to install, the instructions were on point. The tech team is great. My only issue was my MAF sensor was to short. I was able to buy an 18” extension, which I am ok with. I was hoping after spending what I did on my harness maybe I could have got it free of charge. Or at least free shipping… but definitely would NOT write them off for this! There product is amazing! Fired up on the first try
